Billing Coordinator (Entry level) (On-the-job training)

As a medical billing technician, you will take care of our patients’ billing needs. You will be part of a team that ensures we meet the customer’s billing needs while following all insurance guidelines.

Our retail pharmacy team has an uncompromising passion for providing quality pharmaceutical care for our patients and customers.

Pharmacy Tech (On-the-job training)

As a Pharmacy Tech, you will provide a full cycle of services to make customers for life. Key skills that will help ensure your success are customer service, attention to detail, and joy for working with the public.

Rx Delivery Driver

The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for the delivery of prescriptions and some over-the-counter items to customers. On occasion some small Home Medical Equipment items may also be delivered.

Cashier

Cashiers are the first point of contact for our customers. This is the perfect position for someone who looks forward to creating new and strong relationships with patients. This opportunity offers you the ability to cross-train with our pharmacy technicians.
When daily living becomes a challenge for our patients, our long-term care team is here to help.

LTC Rx Delivery Driver

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role in our team by independently making sure our products make it to the customer in the time desired. Our Delivery Drivers drive our company vehicle over a pre-planned route to deliver products and render services to the health care facility.

LTC Floor Technician

The floor technician will be constantly moving, packing, and filling medications. This role will help ensure that medications get filled timely and accurately.

LTC Pharmacy Technician

The pharmacy tech position consists of inputting physician orders into our pharmacy software, submitting claims to insurance, filling medications, and communicating with physicians and LTC facilities as needed.

With excellent instruction and compassionate personal attention, our home medical equipment team is dedicated to providing superior care.

Common Roles: Sales Associate, Delivery, Customer Service

Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver drives a company vehicle over a pre-planned route to deliver products or render services.

Thanks to our home infusion department, we make sure our patients’ infusion experience is as pleasant and care-free as possible.

Common Roles: Nursing, IV Technician, Delivery Driver

IV Billing Coordinator

As an IV billing coordinator you will handle claim creation, claim submission, A/R Follow-Up, working denials, and answering patient billing questions.

Our respiratory therapy department provides knowledgeable, individualized care for the highest quality of patient care.

Common Roles: Respiratory Therapist

As part of our safe home solutions team, you will help our patients retain their independence and give them peace of mind.

Residential Construction Laborer / Installer

As an Installer you will be primarily responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of both Williams Bros. Health Care Pharmacy and customer equipment, including but not limited to the following: stair lifts, vehicle lifts, ramps construction, deck construction, platform elevators, grab bars, and bathroom safety modifications.
